TNH Guy has been been married for 9 years to an independently successful woman. They have two boys -- an almost-six-year-old and a five-month-old. He is definitely not a pro at any of it -- just a diligent amateur who, like many dads out there, is balancing his roles as a dad, husband, son, working professional, friend and a bunch of other things too. He's not sure how well he pulls off the balancing act but knows that he wouldn't even come close without his wife's extraordinary partnership and the input of friends and role models who help shape life's decisions. And when none of those provide immediate and definitive answers, he'll stay up late watching old Paul Newman movies, which always seem to offer him some inspiration.
